Exerpts from a friend and I reguarding my issues with taxes and also the story about Vernie Kuglin and Attorney Larry Becraft. I cant believe this is not being discussed on the blogs more. Allen Hacker makes a great post on it. Here is he IM conversation I had with a friend. Please excuse spelling and grammer, it was a IM conversation.

California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Thoughts?
Christian says:
I am in agreement with Allen
Christian says:
how do you prove a negetive
Christian says:
how do conduct an interview without being labeled as a tax evader
Christian says:
I liked hearing that it was a hung jury,
Christian says:
and the judge told them to go back and deliberate more and they accuited
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
What negative did Allen imply?
Christian says:
i would love to hear the transcript of that
Christian says:
that is my own thought
Christian says:
show me the law
Christian says:
but it is turned back and said, show me that there is no law
Christian says:
how do you show that there is no law out of title 26
Christian says:
can not be done as a sound byte
Christian says:
cannot be done in a 5 minute interview
Christian says:
" All of the TV people I've seen so far consistently refer to "paying your taxes", "paying her taxes", etc. The language used to discuss the issue prevents intelligent discussion of the issue."
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
http://www.gpoaccess.gov/uscode/about.html
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Remember that if the jury had not aquitted her she could have gone to Jail for a very long time
Christian says:
but if she is guilty, she should pay that price
Christian says:
no one should be above the law
Christian says:
This is where i am comming from
Christian says:
http://www.taxtruth4u.com/taxbasics101.html
Christian says:
because i was questioning social security
Christian says:
and i know that there are some people that do not pay social security based on religious convictions like the Amish. And i have a biblical mandate to be a steward of what God has entrusted my family with
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Go to http://uscode.house.gov/usc.htm and do a search for Income Tax. You will find that Statutes at Large do mention Federal Income Tax and build upon the requirements/execution of that tax. This constitutes a de facto precedent of acceptence of Section 26 as law. Do the search and follow the logic, man.
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
I mean, yes you have a biblical mandate. No, don't go to taxtruth4u.
Christian says:
have you read that page?
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Statutes at Large do constitue the Law of the United States of America. If they accept Federal Income Tax de facto, the Federal Income Tax is the law and Section 26 is binding. Period.
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Do the search, look at the links.
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
K bro, I'm going to take off. You have an awesome night man.
Christian says:
ok, see ya
Christian says:
i will be looking into what you said
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
cool man. See ya!
Christian says:
but i want you to tell me where that other page is wrong
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/amlaw/lwsl.html
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Check this one out as well.
California Gubernatorial Candidate says:
Bye!
Christian says:
also you need to read Proactive Liberty
Christian says:
defacto law does not mean that it is constitutional
Christian says:
it is very long http://www.lawfulgov.org/proact.htm
Christian says:
and you are going to have to tell me which reference to the income tax you are talking about. just because it is mentioned does not mean that it aplies to me personally. You have to read the seat belt law to know if it aplies to you
Christian says:
does not apply to a school bus
Christian says:
does not apply to a motorcycle
Christian says:
does not aply to vehicle that was manufactored without seatbelts
Christian says:
you cannot just assume, you have to read the law and decide, or a police officer will decide if it applies to you also
